Manufactured from marine grade 316 stainless steel via forging, this D‑shaped shackle offers superior corrosion resistance against saltwater, chlorides, and harsh coastal conditions, making it the preferred choice for marine and offshore use-.

The shackle features a bolt type pin secured with a nut and a cotter pin for double‑locking safety, effectively preventing accidental loosening under severe vibration, dynamic loads, and wave action. The D‑shape (straight-side/chain shackle) design is optimized for in‑line pulling where space is limited and load direction is controlled-. 5.1 Material & Strength

5.2 Safety Factor
