Self Adhesive Insulation Pin Nail Basis Information :
Square type base: 50mmx50mm / 1mm
Pin diameter: 12ga (2.7mm), 3mm in common
Pin Material: anneaded mild steel wire, anneaded stainless steel wire for sperical orders.
Pin Finished: zinc coated, copper plating
Pin length: from 38mm to 230mm, others can be customization.
Installation parts: including round self locking washer, square self locking washer and dome cap washers
Rock wool fixing insulation nail pin is exclusively used for fixing adiabatic materials in ducts of air-conditioner,
for glass-wool and rock-wool in soundproofing works,and for the duct-lining.

Usage:
Exclusively used for fixing adiabatic materials in ducts of air-conditioner, for glass-wool and rock-wool in
soundproofing works,and for the duct-lining.
Application
1. Pins are very sharp and easy go through any insulation.
2. Pins are soft and easy to be bent over
3. The tape has a good stickness, every pin could load 1.5kg
4. The tape can work at 5℃ - 80℃
Recommended assembly method for self adhesive insulation pin :
1. Work surfaces should be clean and dry, free of dust, grease, oil and any other loose matter.
2. Remove the protective release paper taking care not to touch the adhesive.
3. Place the hanger in the required position and press the base against the surface to be insulated
4. Insulation can be impaled immediately and firmly locked with fastening clips but maximum strength
of adherence is achieved after 24 hours.
