Square speed clips is a kind of insulation washers , widely used to fixing rock wool insulation pins . It is alternately wound by V-shaped or
W-shaped steel strip and various fillers. It can withstand high temperature, high pressure and adapt to the conditions of temperature or vacuum. By changing the material combination of speed clips, the chemical corrosion problem of gasket caused by various media can be solved, The structural density can be made according to different locking force requirements. In order to strengthen the main body and accurate positioning, the spiral wound speed clips is equipped with metal inner reinforcing ring and outer positioning ring, and the internal and external steel rings are used to control its compactness. The surface accuracy of the flange sealing surface contacted by the gasket is not strict.
