Round/Rectangular Base Metal Lacing Anchors Specification:
Insulation lacing anchor is a insulation hanger that is fabricated by a round or rectangular hook attached
a pin, it is used for fasten the insulation blanket or removable cover. Press the pin through insulation and
put the self-locking washeronto the pin, bend over or clip off the pin. The insulation material can be laced
by hook with a tie wire.
Removable insulation covers have four basic parts: inner liner,insulation, outer liner and fasteners.xiangyi
offers a wide range of fasteners to hold in place removable insulation blankets.They provide strong, durable
fixings even in elevated temperature applications.

Closure fastening systems: All fasteners and washers are made of 304 stainless steel material(except lacing
ring - galvanised steel) for added strength and durability and service at high temperatures. Fasteners are
marked NO AB to notify the blanket is asbestos free

2: press the lacing anchor through the insulation
3: press the self locking washer into the pin to fasten the insulation
4: bend over or clip off the pin
5:install the insulation blanket or removable cover
6: Lace the hook by lacing tie in order to fasten the insulation.
