BIMETAL pins have an aluminum weld base designed to be welded to thin gauge aluminum sheet material using the Capacitors Discharge welding process, but may also be welded with the Short Cycle Drawn Arc weld process on thicker aluminum plate..
BIMETAL pins are designed tip ignition according to the capacitors discharge welding process.
